1. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
- The product/service delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The payment was made more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders or service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that processing or delivery has not yet started. Once the order/service has been initiated, cancellations will not be accepted.
