2. Service Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Vehicles must have valid registration and insurance documents before service.
  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and service history.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments should be scheduled in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Walk-ins are served on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on availability.

4. Service Charges and Payment

  • Service charges are as quoted at the time of booking.
  • Any additional repairs or parts required will be communicated and billed separately.
  • Payment must be completed before vehicle release unless prior credit terms are agreed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

  • We will take reasonable care of your vehicle but are not responsible for pre-existing damage unless documented.
  • Liability for damages caused during service is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
  • The company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use.

7. Parts and Warranties

  • Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or OEM, as specified.
  • Any warranties on parts or labor will be as per manufacturer or company policy.
  • Unauthorized modifications may void warranties.

8.Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointment Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee as per company policy.
  • Refunds via Razorpay:
    • All payments made through Razorpay will be refunded via the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.
    • Refunds are processed according to the work already performed. Charges for parts procured or labor initiated before cancellation may be deducted.
    • Refund timelines depend on Razorpay processing, typically 5-7 business days for bank transfers and 3-5 business days for wallets/cards.

Shipping Policy

At JBS AUTO CARE PVT LTD, we currently operate with a self-pickup and local delivery model for all automobile products and services. We do not offer national or courier-based shipping at this time.

    Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm product availability and pickup schedule.
    Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on stock and service workload.
